I notice that your default LG-WebOS.conf does not include streaming for FLV video files.
I have had my LG-WebOS.conf file set to stream FLV video files for a few years and it works fine on the 2 LG TV's I have.
Perhaps it could be added to the default LG-WebOS.conf file.
Supported = f:flv v:h264|mp4|mpeg1|mpeg2|vc1 a:aac-lc|ac3|dts|mpa|mp3|wma m:video/x-flv
