Thanks DeFlanko - really appreciate you posting this. I had misunderstood DVDFab's Audio and Subpicture dropdowns. There is a dropdown on each COLUMN, as well as each title. I didn't have the correct selections in the Columns, so I couldn't select them in the Title. Will give it another try.

No worries. I personally think DVDFab and the unlimited for life option was well worth the purchase!

I use Video Converter to convert videos from one format to another. Before conversion, you can set the solution of the output files as you need. It also supports batch conversion. Quite good software recommended.
