Can you post a debug log after starting at trace level?

Sure thing... So i changed the Root level logging to TRACE like how you told me... and BOOM it loads super quick...
i change it back to debug and it too loads super quick... great.. now i can't reproduce it... (i am running the "WEB" branch version too [3.2.1])

update: so the issue comes up after a fresh reboot of your computer --> then launch UMS for the first time and thats where FFMPEG hangs for about a minute or two.
after that, every other load of UMS is fast... until you reboot the PC.
thats the only way i can reproduce it.
Ill try and capture logs.

Exactly what happened to me. Gonna try it again after rebooting in an hour or so.

I restarted my computer and still couldn't reproduce it
