Ah There is only a small window of online movie releases that have Cinavia by the way, most rippers since last year remove it before release

.
I am using UMS now. Trying to install the plug ins. It seems like it's not working .

What happens?

When I try to download and install it from the UMS client, it just pops up and disappear. It worked once for me before but after I uninstall UMS, it is not longer working. I will just wait for the next version to try it out.

It seems that you have the wrong permissons for the plugins dir. Did you install UMS as admin and are you running as it? You should get a pop-up warnign when installing plugins.

Yeah like SharkHunter said, that should be fixed if you run UMS as administrator. The popup window should warn you of that?

If you are talking about Channels folders then you shoul first enable channels debug (add channels.debug=true to UMS.conf) and then pack ALL debug files (use the "Pack Debug Files" button in the traces tab) and upload the resulting zip file.

I used every version of PMS from 1.4 to 1.72 with dts passthru and i had no problems with cinavia error codes (ps3 4.00). Why are you using that build? Is there another reason? Does that work with the latest f/w of ps3? (after 4.11)

I have just install UMS (2.2.2) and i will make it my default dlna server. It seems an evolution of pms and i am happy with this!
I hope the dts option works here as well as in pms

Cinavia kicks in when you don't do DTS passthrough unfortunately.

Happy to have you as a user I use DTS all the time so yes it works great
