I believe so... after I added it to the .conf and restarted UMS, I tested all movies I had, and they all worked fine.

It's look as a UMS bug to me.

Hi,
I just want to thanks a lot for the code because i had the same problem with the last update to the version 6.6 and i didn´t find a solution until i bump into this post.
It was a little bit difficult to understand were you edit the renderer configuration profile and add the code, but i managed to find it

This must be added to the Samsung Profile, at least for the E+ Series. Can anyone fix this in the next release?

Hi,
as i said it look a bug to me, but when i reported it no one seem considered as it.
I suspect that it come from characters encoding handling.
@valib and @nadahar are the ones having implemented it, so feel free to submit an issue there:
