Joker, you did repost a new ZIP, we can saw it as it's write not downloaded yet That's fine.

Could you try this testing renderer and post a new log if you're still having issue: (add it in your renderer UMS subfolder) And set this line in the "Use an IP filter (whitelist)" and restart UMS: You seem have a network issue, something block. If you still get issue, could try to disable briefly your firewall(s) to test if that make any difference ?
Your TV identify itself correctly, but UMS never sended a default renderer.

Now you should be able to see your Toshiba renderer displayed in UMS, right ?
