The fix will be in the next version. I think the issue was one of the tag characters was not being parsed.

@NaViTo could you post your logs if it is not working with 14.6.0 as it may be a separate problem.
You could also add logs from 13.10.1 so I can compare them and see what has changed.

Sorry, don't have logs for the the other versions I tried, but I can share the log from version 13.10.1 playing a file with external subs that are working on this version and didn't worked in the newer v14 versions. I attached the file following the "How to ask support" instructions, I hope it helps.

I finally got srt subtitles working on 14.9 with .mkv, .mp4 files.
Updated today to UMS 14.10 and they not working!
