I have downloaded any 50fps h265 and export it on USB and it's working on my tv

Do you have any media with H.264 and 50 or 60 FPS that play fine on your Samsung renderer from your USB ?
I think they do, but just to be sure.

OK, thanks. So, it was i suspect since the beginning. Samsung use to have a different video level limitation for H.264 and H.265 codecs.

Though that doesn't solve your transcoding issue...

Well, as it mainly matter of correctly implement the HTTP headers, yes, but i'm not able to do that, and as it has never been implemented in PMS or in UMS since 2008, it will need a skilled developper for doing that.
Samsung renderers need two mandatory HTTP headers to be able to stream converted media.

So, for now, i'll say that you can convert your problematic files to a supported format, or use an other media server (Serviio or Twonky should work on Samsung).

Sorry, i cannot help you more on that :(
