Hey guys, had some trouble with UMS recently on Windows 10 and it was really frustrating me but i finally fixed it and thought i would share in case it helps anyone else.

I was using UMS + JAVA 8 but this was working - i uninstalled both JAVA 8 and UMS and reinstalled JAVA 7 and UMS - working perfectly

i'm using Windows 10 64 bits with the update i have two javas installed 8.112 b04 e 9 update 133 both jdk early acess in 64 bits as well my media center is the ps4 with the media player 2.0 and my console is wired connected directly to my modem with wifi router tplink 8961. the ums version is the 6.5.0 java 8 wich is working fine so far no connection problems or firewall blocking or any kind of media playback problems. when i update, change or delete the ums or the javas i Always reset the Windows to make sure that what i did its taking full effect.
