Ok, sorry, i'm beginning to run out of ideas.
You could try a editing you config , simply try out stuff, In the DefaultRenderer.conf you can get a description and brief explanation of all the config settings.

Is it possible that something is wrong with tv software( having problems with playing videos via USB) is it possible to get any logs or errors or anything from tv?

i just contacted store where i bought tv.. they said its possible that i have problems with DLNA and USB cuz of piracy.. that sony has some kind protection against that... did u hear anything about that?

Cuz i cant even play videos via usb stick( unless if i plug it off electricity)

i downloaded VLC for android.. video plays from USB.. subittles works.. so i really dont know whats wrong with my tv

but in vlc app there is folder local network.. there is UMS server ( but directory is empty )

yes software is android.. i think something is wrong with my tv software..

where can i get confs and how to change it.. is there possible to get any logs from tv software?

I meant , in UMS try forcing the "Android" config on your TV
