So the root cause was wrong/missing PN part?

The only thing I've noticed is that UMS seems to be rather slow to pick up newly downloaded files and most of the time I have to reopen the client so I can see the new files.

Thumbnail generation is weird as well, most of the 3.0+ builds I tested would take a while to generate and show them and most of the time I'd be browsing viewing a white circle in a black frame (pic attached) or an US flag instead of a white circle.

Hello, I just wanted to say I was also having problems with any updates after 2.4.3 with some random old video files I had, along with some new ones that wouldn't play at all with my Panasonic ST50. After installing the UMS-Serenus-10.exe all my video files worked again.
