cooltwou, is your music located in this folder?
INFO 2013-08-19 15:56:40.317 [New I/O worker #5] Checking shared folder: C:\Music
TRACE 2013-08-19 15:56:40.318 [New I/O worker #5] Could not match any format to "C:\Music"
TRACE 2013-08-19 15:56:40.318 [New I/O worker #5] Could not match any format to "C:\Music"
What i'm seeing in your log's is no attempt to play your music on UMS via your Xbox. What i'd like you to do is play a movie then music on your Samsung 55C6500 TV. After that do the same for the XBox (Movie then Music).
Trace data please (same as you did for the last log), as i need to compare it over your network to see what the issue maybe.

Well, on your last debug the renderer's it detected was your TV and Xbox, so try all three if you want, but let me know which you try in order. Remember video then audio so i can see the difference between them (that is tv/ps3 and xbox)

Ok so i've taken a look at your log, and i don't think it's anything to do with your network. Your Playstation 3 and Samsung TV are both playing movies and mp3's fine. So your XBox played the video fine but like you said your log shows no music.
No sure why as it's a supported Codec but could you
give this version a go and see if you find a difference. mp3's just aren't showing up at all.
Thanks again SpeedyQ for all your help with this, as i think if this was a network issue you would have had it fixed by now.

@Optimus
Yes I think we did our best to rule out network and firewall as cause for the problem.
However I still think that Cooltwou has a bit of a task ahead addressing potential issues with his firewall configuration.
But that is his own responsibility and not related to this issue. Maybe good for him to get an expert to take a closer look.
Still this is a very odd issue that does not make a lot of sense. I have not seen any other xbox users complaining about not being able to play mp3 or mp3 files not showing up at all.
So this one could also be related to the Xbox firmware and the actual hardware of his device in particular.
But very hard to proove I'm afraid. Maybe if he can do a test with another Xbox that he can borrow from a friend.
