Sorry but you have to try to repeat the bug before you send the debug.log. Please try to play on your TV movie with subtitles to be seen in the log what is the TV asking for.

I have found something strange in your log. Can you try to play your testing file again but on your Samsung UE55D8005 and post the log to see the difference?

OH. You mean SAMMY UE65JU7005 .. Because that 55 Sammy is not currently online.
Is the strange thing because i also went to transcode folder and tried to start ffmpeg, tsmuxer, no transcode... all from there also and no text..

But here is new debug.

Can you try again to play your testing file with the UMS version 5.15 and send the log? And please for the troubleshooting purpose let only samsung UE65JU7005 to be connected on the net and the rest of your devices switch off or disconnect. It is horrible to read almost 120 000 lines of the log. Try to stream one video with external subs to see how the samsung UE65JU7005 correspond. There was a bug in the UMS and I want to see if something changed. And the last remark. Be sure that you have set on Closed Captions on your TV to be shown (or Subtitles. I have no idea how Samsung has implemented it).

It seems to me that you didn't follow instruction in the FAQ http://www.universalmediaserver.com/faq ... erSupport1 because your TV is not properly recognized. First of all you need to make UMS to recognize your TV so I recommend to follow instructions and use

Code: Select all

UserAgentAdditionalHeader = X-AV-Client-Info
UserAgentAdditionalHeaderSearch = BRAVIA KD-55X8505C
EDIT: I also recommend to use e.g. Sony-BraviaHX.conf as a basic for testing with changes of code written above. The TV is based on Android but it is marked as Bravia so I expect that it could work similarly.
