ums dont read subtitles

Hello,

I am sorry if i do something wrong but i am new in the forum,

so i will try to explain my problem,

I use ums to see my movies on a samsung tv everything perfect so far,

but when i try to watch a *.mkv file that comes with some subtitle in it already normaly english subtitle
when i put the *.srt file with the same name as the *.mkv file my tv simple dont show any subtitles,
not the internal one that comes with the mkv or the external i put there.

note in the pc the external subtitle with bs player appears if i dont have any external subtitle
bs player show a english subtitles that i belive are fused in the mkv file
