All MKV's lag TERRIBLY

Hi everyone,
I am using UMS 2.6.5 on Windows 7 64 bit and I'm streaming to my PS3. For some reason ALL MKV's lag regardless of resolution or codec (video or audio). But I can play mp4 full 1080p lossless audio over wifi. This used to work, but now I can't seem to play MKV at all. Anybody have a fix for this?
