Download Cover to folder??

I just installed the plugin Movie Info Plugin. I've check in the box for, Download cover to folder. But where can I see this folder, I've tryed to search for it, but no success.
Can some one tell me where to find it.

1) MovieInfo GUI doesn't work (it is fake GUI, you must change configuration manually in MOVIEINFO.CONF file)
2) You have to browse MOVIEINFO folder, choose engine like IMDB/CSFD etc. and if you will see Movie Info gathered from these sites as a folder structure, then cover should be uploaded to movie folder (if cover exists)
So browse some movie for info and then check folder of this movie where cover should be created. When you go back to movie folder outside MOVIEINFO tree, movie cover should be updated (I am sure it works on PS3 this way)
