Hi



How do I do manual cron shceduled folder scanning? I would like to lower the unecessary disc access and memory usage. I am thinking that manual scan might be a better way to go than folder watching since I have hundreds of thousands of files in those folders.


I am on Linux X64 Debian Testing using 7.0

There's no way to trigger a scan externally. 6.x.x won't scan until you ask it to.
