Hey just reposting to be sure this post is seen since I posted in a solved tread for this question.

I'm using a Sony BD... bdp-s560

I can stream my photo with UMS but when I go to video I don't even see UMS...

I copied the code for the 590 and still dosen,t work...

Any clue? Was working with my PS3 b4 but sold it in the wait for the ps4! Now trying to stream meanwhile!

According to the Sony BDP S560 manual the only file-based format support is for images, no video or audio, so you may be out of luck.

EDIT: for DLNA anyway, not clear what formats are supported via USB/DVD-R.
