No subtitles with some MKV file

Hello and sorry in advance for my English.
I downloaded the latest version UMS6.7.4.
I'm sending MKV videos to my Panasonic DMP-UB900 player.
I love the quality of the image provided by UMS, better than oShare.
But there are certain MKV videos whose subtitles do not appear, whereas with the oShare software, there is no problem.
I think it must be an internal tuning problem. Can someone help me?
Best regards,

I'm not familiar with oShare and what it is/does, but for us to see what happening with UMS and the subtitles that won't play please follow the text in red above.

Hello @jpvoit,
sadly you have forgotten to reproduce the issue before posting your trace log...so that doesn't help us to see what happened to you.
Note:
It has nothing to do with your issue but you use a 32-bit Java version on your 64-bit OS.

Hello jpvoit ,
Not more than what is explained here:

Meaning that you will have to play your problematic MKVs and only then package your log before posting it.
It should be even better if

Hello,
I found for MKV files to work.
I asked the software not to encode.
By cons, I found another problem is that it can not read the AVI files, while my other software oShare does it without problem.
Do you have a solution?
Thank you for your support

Hi,
I opened an AVI file, and it says "Please wait".
AND nothing happens.
I do not see how to proceed to join my LOG file again ?

Hi,
you will find it in your UMS profile directory, probably under \Documents and Settings\All Users\UMS\debug.log
Or you can also do a search for the "debug.log" file.
Or you can also read our Wiki:
