Yes.

Though very few renderers have this settings set by default, as it need lot of CPU power and network bandwidth, to avoid users "stuttering" issues appear.

Adding these 2 lines in your renderer configuration file will give 4K streaming possibility:

i have a UE55KS8002 samsung tv but cant play any 4k content, i changed the maximum bit rate to 0 but no luck

It looks like we need to add a renderer config for your TV, can you find a manual for it online so we can see what files it supports?

so my issue is that i can play the file from an external drive but i can make anything in 4k work whit UMS.

it plays the files new and not killing my cpu in the process but as i load the file it starts to play for 1-2 se and loads it from the start but there is a 5 sec audio delay and i can seek in the video
