PS4 seeing UMS but NOT media

This happened all of a sudden. PS4 stopped seeing UMS.
Mac High Sierra 10.13.6
Tried updating to UMS 7.1.0
Still nothing.
Updated Java to latest for mac.
Now it PS4 sees UMS, just keeps trying to find media, then says "Playstation doesnt recognize media"
This software is so unstable its not even funny
