Does anyone knows how to make UMS support 60fps playback streaming via SVP to PS4/PS3?
Is there any proper/ detailed guide on this?

If you enable it in the program settings, and you're on Windows, you can do it by playing a video with the AviSynth/MEncoder option in the #-TRANSCODE-# folder
