[SOLVED] TsMuxeR and ffmpeg "this content cannot be played"

I recently reinstalled my Linux and opted for a Debian 7 32bit installation.
I decided to install UMS as I usually do, noticing a new version is available. So I go for it.
Put my usual settings which generally worked out for me, yet this time round somethings not working as it should.
MP4 stream without problem, its MKVs which are a bit problematic.
Tried checking whether the packaged files gave any errors and they gave me this:
I tried downloading the 2.6.5 version but it also gives similar results, though I remember the components packaged didn't return any errors.
My fear is that some package may be missing from my OS installation.
Otherwise, hopefully, the debug.log might give some insight.
PS: I have another PC running Debian 6 64bit on the same network with v. 2.6.5 and it works flawlessly.
I hope I put all necessary info at your disposal.
