Universal Media Server | Forum

Hi all, I have installed the UMS and its connecting fine with my Oppo 105 player and such, but I am totally lost as to what it is doing with my music files. Originally I could see the individual folders for my music folders on the network but each and every song on each album was in its own folder! no real way to play the entire album?? then I changed some setting and now when I go to the music shared folder, i can see all the individual albums etc..but nothing in them except jpg from album art and such. I have all my music ripped to flac files as the audio is going into a fairly high end hifi setup.

Can anyone tell me how to get the UMS to simply show each music directory and simply just the songs contained in each?. (*Servviio seems to be able to do this except its a bit more tedious getting down the directory structure than UMS)

Any help appreciated...this is driving me nuts!
