Arabic subtitles don't work on Samsung HU7000

Hello,
this is the first time for me to post on this page . I'm very glad with the program . It's very handy .
But I have a problem with the few latest editions that doesn't support Arabic sub on Samsung HU7000. although I have a Samsung EH6030 subs work fine on that TV .I have tried many things but failed . I hope someone could help me & tell me what I'm missing here .
