Recent changes somewhere stops films showing

Hi
I use a samsung home cinema which supports DNLA to play some films on the main TV. Its always been a little 'finiky' about listing the main movies but more recently it would only show TV shows and not films. I have a folder that is shared with a single TV show and a single film and it only shows the TV show but on the home cinema has it listed so its the name of the show then the season then the episode in sub dirs. The film isnt there at all. If i was to use the main TV's media server that shows them all fine. Am lost as to what it could be - I even tried re-downloading a much older build in the hope they would all come back to no avail. Anyone have any ideas as to the cause..
Meant to add when looking at the two files using MKVToolnix they appear to be the same both audio and video:
TV:
MPEG-4p10/AVC/H.264 1280x720
AC-3 48000 Hz, 6 Channels
Film:
MPEG-4p10/AVC/H.264 1920x800
AC-3 48000 Hz, 6 Channels
+ SubRip and chapters...
Thanks in advance - debug logs attached.
