You probably have network configuration/firewall problems. Check your firewall rules and make sure Java is allowed.
also check your network interface in general settings tab.

I see the one being used is "NordLynx Tunnel" which I am assuming is a VPN, depending on what you use try "Realtek PCIe GBE Family Controller" for wired or "Qualcomm Atheros QCA9377 Wireless Network Adapter" for wireless.
