Implement DIAL for Chromecast

Chromecast uses the DIAL protocol. (DIscovery And Launch)

Which from what I understand is UPnP and DIAL REST

I'm not so sure if it works out of the box yet; but im using this thread as the conversation starter -- I just ordered my Chromecast after reading that PLEX will soon support Chromecast. (it came with a 6$ play store credit too)

Thoughts?
