[Solved] Minimized start

Hello,
I really miss the minimized start. Therefore I still stick with 6.8.0
I even changed the /Applications/Universal Media Server.app/Contents/Info.plist that it doesn't show UMS icon in the Dock. So it is nearly an Agent with only the menu icon.
Can I somehow hack 9.6.1 that the app starts minimized? (Menulist only)
