changing location of temp files and dbs

Greetings,
As per my understanding UMS saves its temp files and dbs in the C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming folder(please correct me if Im wrong). Is there any way to change this location to a custom one has my C: drive in on a small SSD and I need to save all the space I can.
