[9.60 9.61 9.62 9.70 9.71] does not start on Windows10 Japanese version.
I think [JRE from 8 to 14.0.1] is the problem.

Hi, does it work if you replace the jre folder with another java version or source?
The one we use is 14.0.1 from AdoptOpenJDK, you could try the Oracle one, or the OpenJDK one

[Java SE 12] will run.
[Java SE 13] does not start.
[Java SE 14] does not start.
