Mark Media dont work

Hello,
I have problem, Mark media dont work.
I've tested several solutions but nothing works, it's been several months that I have the problem, before it worked but suddenly nothing.
I'm use PS3
I have windows 10
When I look at the console, I notice that the media marks an error almost 2 or 3 seconds after playback but the video continues anyway.
