Option to add multiple Shared Folders at once?

Using Win 10, 64 bit, UMS 9.8.2
I have approx 10 folders on my M: drive like M:\TV-Childern's\..., M:\Movies-Children's\..., etc.
When I have to do a clean install I have to go through the process 10 times
Click on folder icon
Click on This PC in Open dialog
Click on M:
Click on TV-Children's
Click on Save
... repeat
It'd be really handy if:
1. The folder Open Dialog would allow multiple select
2. There was a preferences to default the Open Dialog to a folder other than My Documents
If there's an easier way, I'd be glad to hear
