AviSynth/Mencoder and AviSynth/FFMpeg Playback Returns Error

So when playing a video using AviSynth transcoding, an error message pops up on the screen about an error with the AviSynth filter which reads "CreateScriptEnvironment() returns nullptr" If there is a fix then please may you assist me in fixing this. Hope i do not bother any of the devs and other people who have other things to focus on. Plus when this popup does not occur, mencoder.exe and ffmpeg64.exe has a return code of 1! If you need any logs to diagnose this, please ask.
