ums ans ps3 media server

both ps3 ps4 not showing in ums or ps3 no firewall on upto date java the servers find my android box an unknown and wmp once in a blue moon it finds my ps4 when the ps3 media server is found by the ps4 it dont show in the ps3 media server but just on ps4 and will work
