Web Browser view stop transcoding to allow seeking?

Hello
Using Chrome on windows 10 to stream from UMS 10 running on Raspberry PI ARM 64.
How can you stop UMS from transcoding H264 & H265 to allow streaming in the browser interface?
On android + VLC the H265 video can be seeked.
