Hi there,

I use UMS on my ps4, with a direct cable link to desktop, whenever I start UMS it starts with my video files in list view, I can change it easily with the options on the ps4, but is there a way to have it automatically start in grid view?

There is no way for UMS to tell the PS4 what mode to display files. The PS4 will display in whatever mode you last set it as, unless you quit the Media Player or fully turn off the system. I don't see anyway of setting one view as default though.

Thanks for both the responses, my PS4 seems to start each time in list view. So if I want the grid view, I have to click it every time I use the app on my ps4.
