Sony Bravia 52NX800 - No files to display

So I've been using version 6.3.2 because I had issues upgrading past that previously viewtopic.php?f=9&t=13739&p=39939#p39939.
I ran into an issue today regarding closed caption showing up (on a subtitled show) and so I thought I'd try upgrading again.
Well since upgrading to 10.0.5, no files show up in my folders. I attached the successful trace from my old thread for comparison.
I tried selecting just the Bravia KDL-xxNX800 renderer which didn't make a difference. The default Renderer is "Unknown Renderer". I've tried with forcing that as the default (also with default being the NX800 renderer as well). The file types are .mkv and .mp4.
I'd appreciate any input.
