Separate DLNA controller

Hi.

I am wondering how UMS is chosing the renderer profile when the DLNA controller device is different from the DLNA renderer device. Is UMS using the profile of the controller or the renderer to decide how to transcode?

When I'm using Skifta on my Samsung tablet to start playing MP3 files on my Samsung TV, then I get format not supported (on the TV screen). But when I'm using the TV itself to start playing the same MP3 files, then it works. Starting movies on the TV using Skifta on the other hand works, at least for a couple of them that I have tested (maybe I just had luck).

Skifta is great to use on the mobile device... not to push to tv to make it a Smart Controller.
:D

UMS detects renderes by User-Agent.
