[Solved] UMS doesn't work with my Samsung Tv anymore...

Hello,
ok so after a long pause of using UMS, was using v9.x.x (don't remember the exact version) which was working fine on my Samsung Tv (UN40EH5300), I needed to use it again so I downloaded the latest version 10.10.0 and now it doesn't detect my Tv anymore.

Already tried a bunch of common fix:
- Disabling firewall to see if it blocks it, firewall doesn't seem to be the problem
- Selecting the correct network adapter in the "Force networking on interface" setting
- Disabling my VPN when using UMS

I don't know what else may have changed in my system for it not to work anymore, any suggestions on what may be the problem as there no error in the log file?

Hi, sorry to hear you're having connection trouble. I can see that UMS has successfully connected to your wired network and is receiving data correctly (search requests from Chrome) but nothing from the TV.
Is your TV on the same network as your PC?

yes they are connected on the same router, my computer is connected by wire and my tv via wifi.

Ok don't know if I did something else but restarting the router fixed it... :lol: now lets see if it will stay that way!
