I don't get subs with my mkv, unless i open it in the " transcode" map, what's not what i want.

When i open it from in here my movie is shuttering.

How can i get to play it with subs without to open it in the transcode map, and what with the shuttering?

with avi and so on everything works fine.

With the subtitles, you might need to change the "Subtitles settings" in the MEncoder section of the Transcoding Settings tab to match your preferences.
