Sync Sony x95j TV remote with Kaon cable box

Hi there
I have a new x95j song TV and attempting to set up the Kaon Cable box. I am based in the Cayman Islands and the Kaon box is with Logic media (if that helps).
I have followed all help available but the X95J cannot locate my box! It recognised the name Kaon and Logic but when asked to put model number starting with KCF, it did not recognise it.
Therefore, I’m unable to use the Song remote for the cable box.
I would be grateful for any suggestions out there.
