UMS 3.3.0 Crash

Hi there.
So I've been having this issue since updating to 3.3.0 where UMS would crash when viewing a specific drive on my computer, but only when viewing that drive. The drive in question is my drive labeled A:/. In addition to the 2 screen shots I have a 3rd that I'll post in a reply to this first post. At one point in the past I just stopped using this drive but I had no issues before now when I was using this drive. I think the last UMS version I used this drive with was 2.90.0 but I could be wrong. A few months ago I also defragged this drive before I stopped using it. If nothing comes up in the log files as I suspect, could my defragging that drive caused some kind of issue that would cause it to load files differently in UMS in a way for it to crash?
Any help at all would be greatly appreciated.

- Viewing first subfolder is fine as you can see...

- But when viewing files in another subfolder thumbs won't load
