Hello
Install the UMS-11.5.0 on a smart phillips in windows 7, but the tv does not recognize the video.mkv files.
Why?
What should I do?

Will need logs to see what it is doing. See the section in red above.

One thing to try is to see if MKVs are capable of being played natively on your TV as there is a chance (a small one) it can't play them, or that it uses a codec that is not supported.
Try playing from the #--TRANSCODE--# folder and choose "No transcoding"
(if you do not see it, enable "show the #--Transcode--# folder" in the GUI on the navigation tab)
