Hello,

I am using UMS 11.6.0 on Linux Mint, and I am getting these errors

ERROR External input stream instance is null... stopping process
ERROR There is no inputstream to return for The Valet (2022) {English subtitles}

I have tried searching for similar issues in the forum, but none of the solutions/hints helped.

This is the version of ffmpeg I am using

Code: Select all

I also have MEncoder installed.
I have tried using TrueType font

Also, while loading UMS I see this error
ERROR Error in RealFile.resolve: Cannot invoke "com.drew.imaging.png.PngColorType.getNumericValue()" because "this.parsedInfo.colorType" is null

Here are also the settings screenshots

If I try with MEncoder, the subtitles are show but the video is not smooth
If I try with ffmpeg then I am getting the error

I am attaching the log too

Any help will be very much appreciated.

I missed this and only come across it while searching for a similar problem that was caused by using the incorrect version of FFmpeg.

More info here if you are still around.
