It is not 13.2.1 that is downloaded !

13.2.1 is the current version that is downloaded from the main page

Except that it is version 13.0.1 which is downloaded instead of version 13.2.1 from the main page. In linux cases only.

I just checked and all Linux downloads is 13.2.1, I even started to download the files and the filenames have 13.2.1

There is a possibility the the wrong version was included in these downloads but you should be able to get the right one here
