Support -> Knowledge base link doesn't work

Hello,
As in the Subject field. In detail: Cloudflare status is ok but support.universalmediaserver.com reports "Host Error".
Please fix it, I need some docs about configuration of docker image. I found some info on the forum but this config doesn't work
