I read this. support seeking in transcoded content on LG TVs. This, combined with our Dolby Vision support. Does this mean if I use an mkv file with dolby vision. It sees the Dolby vision stream? Ive only tried with a hybrid file. And it doesn't see the Dolby Vision. Im using a LGCX.

Yes it should work. You might need to have the tsMuxeR engine enabled, and have the “defer to tsMuxeR” setting enabled in FFmpeg. Those are the defaults but maybe got disabled over time.
The only time DV won’t work is in some cases where subtitles are needed, because FFmpeg does not yet support burning subtitles to DV video.

If that doesn’t work please attach logs so I can see what’s happening

I don't see that option in FFmpeg. Do you mean maybe this option? "remux videos with tsMuxer when possible instead of trancoding"?
