Problems with Philips - I can't play anything.

I can't play any video on my TV.

1- My tv philips.
2- Buffer bug.
My TV: Phlips 32pfl3518g/77
Supported formats:
Video: AVI, MKV, H264/MPEG-4 AVC, MPEG-1, MPEG-2, MPEG-4, WMV9/VC1
Audio: AAC, MP3, WMA (v2 tov9.2)
