64 bit installer

Hi,
during the last update I got an message about a 64bit installer version. Were ca I download it.

There was some issues with the new installer around 14.7.0 ish that were discovered recently so it was temporally removed.
The old installer does install 64 bit but it was using the wrong location "C:\Program Files (x86)" instead of "C:\Program Files"
The new one corrects this and adds options for other users and portable install.
There may still be a notification that you can ignore for now.
The naming convention was changed to clarify architecture used for things like ARM on Mac, x86_64 on PC etc but this broke some things too like the main download link on the home page.
This should be fixed in 14.10.0
